OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Crystal Clear Network Pvt. Ltd. is a licensed provider of high-speed internet and telephony services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined here and on our official website.

  • Service Provisioning

    ● Service activation is subject to technical feasibility and successful payment.

    ● If service cannot be provisioned, a full refund will be issued.

    ● Plans, pricing, and entitlements are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Usage & Equipment

    ● Services are for personal use only; reselling or unauthorized connections are prohibited.

    ● All equipment remains company property unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for its care and may be charged for damage or loss.

    ● If hardware is sold, it is non-returnable and not covered by warranty from the company.

  • Billing & Payments

    ● Payments must be made on or before the due date. Late payments incur a fee and may result in service suspension.

    ● Charges for plans and rented devices are billed in advance; excess usage will be billed later.

    ● Security deposits may be adjusted against outstanding dues, if any.

    ● Device rental fees apply even during service inactivity unless returned to the company.

  • Termination & Refunds

    ● Customers may terminate service via written request. Refunds (if any) are issued via cheque or NEFT after adjustment and return of company equipment.

    ● Subscription fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.

  • Service Quality & Liability

    ● While we strive for consistent service, factors beyond our control may affect quality (e.g., weather, network issues).

    ● We are not liable for data loss, hardware damage, or service interruptions.

    ● We make no guarantees regarding service continuity or speed and accept no responsibility for content accessed online.

  • User Responsibilities

    ● Customers must comply with Indian laws including the IT Act, Copyright Act, and other relevant statutes.

    ● Wi-Fi networks must be registered and authenticated with us before use.

    ● Customers are responsible for their actions online and will indemnify the company for any misuse.

  • Dispute Resolution

    ● Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Mumbai as the jurisdiction.

    ● Pending resolution, service charges must still be paid.

  • Modifications

    ● Terms are subject to change and will be updated on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
